this black bean sauce is the right combination of black bean, garlic, ginger and chili/pepper. I’ve tried many others and nothing comes close. Reminds me of growing up when my mom would make beef & black bean, or black bean & chinese bitter melon or black bean sauce with lobster or shrimps, etc. Restaurant quality!
